Training and consultation on Business Development service (BDS) is our core service.  We conduct entrepreneurship training for various people who have shown a willingness to seek such service. We have now begun another phase of training where this training is for young people business-minded who are already in business, who have business ideas and those who have no business or business ideas. Class includes students from different colleges, Arusha Technical College (ATC), Institute of Accountancy Arusha (IAA), JR Institute of Information Technology (JRIIT), DONBOSCO Kilimanjaro International Institute for Telecommunication, Electronics & Computers (DB KIITEC), also other entrepreneurs from Small Industries Development Organization – Arusha and Innovators from TWENDE.

We have recruited these entrepreneurs from the survey we conducted by distributing the questionnaire to those institutions, through that survey we were able to do Training Need Assessment (TNA) and prepare training material depending on the need of entrepreneurs. The questionnaire was designed to ensure general and specific information for Training Needs Assessments (TNA) for SMEs. The questionnaire contained Questions for the entrepreneurs and start-ups. The extracted data through this research lead to a highly qualified assessment on the current situation, by translating the training needs into an indicator for absence of capacities of human resources at SMEs.
